There is a daily offsite backup that gets sent to tarsnap.

There is an hourly offsite backup which uses attic
Drive snapshots
Gandi provides automated snapshots of the disk itself which can be restored or read. The automatic profile is called the "security profile"
Restore
A backup can be restored, for free, by creating a ticket. Excessive requests for backup restores will be charged a small fee.
