Issue 52: [Feature] RSS feeds for every project a user administers

I would like to be able to have srchub generate an RSS feed that 
combines all of the projects they administer.

For example, srchub.org/u/mac/feed/ would combine the RSS feeds of 
srchub.org/p/pCalculator/ and srchub.org/p/Obskewer/ and etc.

This can be done outside of srchub with third-party tools, but if a 
user creates a new project then the new project must be included in 
the third party software.

I think it would be much easier to have srchub generate it itself 
for consistency.
