Issue 44: Add ability for admin to force repo size calculation

Add a button to Forge Management to allow an administrator to force 
the system to recalculate repo size.

The system will automatically re-calculate the repo size after 48 
hours - however I have added a script that can be added to cron to 
calculate based on whatever schedule you want. I recommend about 
every hour (this is what srchub will be set to) but for larger 
"forges" it may need to be longer.
