Issue 43: Mercurial source browser showing wrong files

Mercurial source browser will show "ghost" files if you 
have a file in the parent directory that contains the name of the 
directory.

For example:

+ ip2long/
--- Debian/
+ build.bat
+ ip2long.cpp

The mercurial source browser would show a file of .cpp in the folder 
ip2long.
