Issue 28: (Suggestion) Generate RSS feeds for a project's downloads page

I have a suggested feature that could be implemented into Srchub. I 
don't know how easy or difficult it may be to implement, but hear me 
out, it could be useful.

Generating an RSS feed of the downloads page has
- Allowing the embedding of downloads on other websites
- Friendly to nearly all devices, including smart phones
- Notification of new versions being uploaded to a project

EDIT: Nevermind, I didn't know that Srchub already has this.

I think that a RSS icon should be added next to "Latest 
Updates"
