Issue 23: Forge watch list SQL queries too high

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to forge issue watch list

Expected result: SQL queries low

Actual result: SQL queries is over 700

This has been fixed in development - waiting to fix issue 22 before 
pushing out this fix
