Issue 82: Project forge totals incorrect

Project totals shows information about the project forge in forge 
management but the calculation seems wrong:

Space Usage Statistics

Repositories: 14.71 MB
Attachments: 704.51 kB
Downloads: 704.51 kB
Database: 2.90 MB
Total Forge: 19.02 MB

I think it's totalling the download size as the attachment size - 
which is incorrect.
