Issue 202: feat: project repository per project directory, or multiple repos per project

indefero/srchub seems only supports one repository per project

in factreally this are fine, i just want the the repository git or 
svn, will not are directly under directory repository root, either 
are under a directory named equal to the project name.. 

something like namespace or directory project.. 

this allow in future a easy migration to multiple repositories..

srchub its the only (alongisde redmine) project hosting that are 
focused on usability without fashioned artifacts..

a hint: we can start with allow configuring something like:

/home/git/repos/%p/%s.git where %p are the project name and %s are 
the repository name..
