Issue 174: Project list filter out projects with no commits

In an effort to keep the project list clean - we shall 
"hide" any projects that have no commits.

In the future we may consider hiding projects with low or not 
activity.

There will still be a link to view all projects - as well as all 
projects will still be populated in the project list dropdown.
