Issue 157: Force download of preview if file is large

If you attempt to preview a large file - not only do you have to 
wait for the file to stream to the browser but also wait for 
Javascript to format it.

This is also an issue at other source code hosting services - but I 
think it would make more sense to just force it as a download rather 
than preview.
