Issue 135: Add number of pending project requests to forge management text link

Right now there isn't an easy way to see if there are forge 
management requests (without checking email). It might be helpful to 
put the number of requests pending in the forge management link - ie

If there are 11 pending the forge management link would display -

Forge Management (11)
